Using the tools

BullPDF provides document tools for files you own or have permission to process. You are responsible for your documents and for using the tools lawfully. Keep a copy of your originals.

Availability and limits

Available tools are free to use without registration, subject to the limits shown on each tool page. Server tools also have hourly and daily service limits. Features and limits may change. Future tools or plans may have different terms or charges. Coming-soon tools are unavailable and have no promised release date.

Review your results

PDF files vary in complexity. Tools may not preserve every feature, annotation, font, accessibility tag, signature or form behaviour. Review exported files before relying on them. Added signatures are visual marks, not certificate-backed digital signatures. Added text is an overlay, not an edit to underlying paragraph text. Cropping and highlights are not permanent redaction.

Service expectations

We aim to make the tools useful, but do not promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every file or error-free results. To the extent permitted by law, the tools are provided as available. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights.

Privacy and changes

Read the Privacy page for current file handling. Material changes to future server-based features will be explained before file submission. These terms may be updated as the service develops.
