Is BullPDF free to use?
Available tools are free to use without an account. Server tools have hourly and daily usage limits. We may introduce paid features later; upcoming tools have no announced launch date.
Do my documents leave my device?
Browser tools process files locally. Tools marked for server processing upload your file to a temporary isolated container, destroyed after the job. Each server tool explains this before you continue.
Which files can I use?
Each tool lists its accepted formats. PDF tools support unencrypted PDFs up to 25 MB per file and 200 pages in total; image export is limited to 50 pages. Multi-file tools accept up to 20 files and 100 MB total.
Can I edit existing text or permanently redact a PDF?
The text tool adds overlays; it does not rewrite existing paragraphs. Placed signatures are visual marks, not certificate-backed digital signatures. Permanent redaction is coming soon.
